BiographyAC Bergen-Fischer has a background as scattered as it is interesting. Born in Canada with roots in South Africa and Paraguay and a childhood that moved around a lot, his mix of cultures and experiences shaped how he sees people, relationships, and personal growth. He has faced his share of challenges, including anxiety, CPTSD, panic disorder, and depression, yet he remains curious about how mindfulness and self-awareness affect the way we connect with ourselves and others. For AC, taking responsibility is the key to growth while blaming others just holds you back. A father of two, AC knows the highs and lows of parenthood firsthand. He has also experienced estrangement and complicated friendships, which gives him a grounded, compassionate perspective on the messy side of human connection. Through his podcast and personal reflections, he talks honestly about relationships, mindfulness, and life’s tough questions with no filters and no pretense. He also offers donation-based coaching to make sure support is available to anyone, regardless of financial situation, identity, or background. AC believes that offense is taken, not given, and he works to create real, meaningful connections in a world that often seems designed to divide. |
